Returns and Damaged Items
Please do not return an item without following the procedures below. Items returned without proper authorization, postage or delivery charges due will be refused.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
To return an item for refund, exchange or credit you must contact us via e-mail within 5 calendar days of receipt of the item. Include your order number, name, shipping address, phone number and the reason for the return. You will be sent an e-mail with your authorization number and shipping instructions. Ship the item freight pre-paid. All items must be in unopened original packages and in new condition. Once the item has been received and has met the above criteria, a credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged Items:
Items damaged in shipping must be reported via e-mail within 7 calendar days of receipt. Include your order number, name, shipping address, phone number and the extent or amount of damage in the e-mail. You will be sent an e-mail that will instruct you to either contact the carrier or return the item to us.
NOTE: YOU MUST keep the entire contents of the package, including the box with shipping label, packaging, etc. until the claim has been resolved.
